A a skilful international team with an extensive professional background in revenue and hotel operation management acquired in various upscale and luxury hotel groups in Europe. Members of our team progressed into leadership positions for big hotel chains improving results in many major markets.
Jarka is Prague-based CEO and founder of Hotels Mangement. Commercial and tech driven woman.
Enthusiastic, energetic and curious for innovation trends, sustainibility and developments. She was a co-funder in several other succesfull start-ups. Her specialities are Business development, performance marketing – creating integrated online solutions with focus on generating sales and good user experience.
Jarka prioritises inspirational leadership in companies and focuses on female-founded ventures.
- Jarka maintains an active lifestyle by heading yoga sessions, running and SUP (stand-up paddle boarding).
Originally from Spain, Laura Almeida Corbacho graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, she has acquired important skills and the knowledge required for working in the hospitality industry in recent years.
Building upon first work experience in reception and reservation departments in chain hotels, Laura now focuses on her development in Revenue Management and is currently supporting our company with her daily work.
- When not at work, Laura enjoys being around her friends and family, loves to go running and seeks a balance to everyday life when traveling and being in nature.
Romana is a communications professional with more than 10 years of experience in the private sector. Experienced team leader with the ability to motivate people.
Highly conscientious and committed, Romana has very strong project management skills developed running campaigns across all elements of the marketing mix.
Specialties: campaigns, marketing strategy, marketing planning, advertising, online marketing, brand management and internal communications.
